Trading: Wine Exports by Country
The value of wine exports by country declined by an average -3.5% from 2011 to 2015. All told, exported wine sales totaled US$31.7 billion in 2015, down from $32.9 billion five years earlier.
Year over year, wine exports fell in value by -8.6% from 2014 to 2015.

Among continents, European countries accounted for the highest dollar value of wine exports during 2015 with shipments worth $22.3 billion or 70.2% of global exported wine sales. Oceania, led by Australia and New Zealand, came in at 8.5% followed closely by Latin America (excluding Mexico) and Caribbean wine exporters at 8.4%. Asia supplied 5.5% worth of global wine exports, North America shipped 5.1% while Africa was the source for 2.3%.
